Manufacturing Standards

Ayush Herbs manufactures all of the products in its state-of-the art plant in Nagrota Bagwan in Himachal Pradesh, India. This is an ISO and GMP approved facility that is headed by Mr. Jitender Sodhi. All of the production is done under the supervision of biotechnologists and doctors. The manufacturing takes place in temperature, humidity and dust controlled rooms. Every single piece of equipment is thoroughly sterilized before each production run.

Ingredient Quality

Ayush Herbs either grows its own herbs, or collects them from contracted farmers who grow them specifically for our company. All the grown herbs are harvested at the prime time to ensure that all the beneficial properties remain unharmed. All the herbs are grown in strict conditions, ensuring that no chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides are used in the fields. The ingredients that we do purchase are all acquired from trusted sources, which either meet or exceed both the industry standards as well as Ayush Herbs standards. All of our raw material is further extracted at our three different facilities, where only approved solvents like water, alcohol, or methanol are used to extract the herbs to ensure potency. These extracts are either spray-dried or oven-dried under vacuums, based upon the quality of extracted material.

The samples of extracted materials are taken throughout various stages to ensure that the specs are met in the laboratory. Our laboratory uses the most advanced equipment and testing methods, including HPLC, TLC, and independent laboratories certify the potency of every ingredient. Each product has been verified to contain what it claims on the label. These tests reflect the potency and purity of Ayush products. Independent microbial and in-house microbiological testing of all the products is also performed to ensure supplement purity.
